A Word From Our President – July 2023

Dear Members,

As your president, it is with great joy that I reflect on the wonderful event we had last Friday at “Chez Faby” in Tampa for Bastille Day. This celebration reminded us of the unity and spirit of community that underpins our chamber, bringing together diverse businesses and professionals from across Tampa to Sarasota.

Our gratitude goes out to everyone who attended, including our devoted members, who continually lend their support and energies to make our chamber vibrant and relevant. The celebration was made even more special with the involvement of two non-profit organizations, Tampa Sister Cities and UFE Tampa Bay. Their participation added a unique layer of cultural exchange and mutual understanding that is at the heart of our mission.

A particular note of gratitude goes to Charles Thouvenot. Charles, your efforts for our chamber have always been indispensable and even though you are no longer a director, your dedication to our mission and your contributions continue to make a significant difference. We are incredibly grateful for your unwavering support and thank you for all that you have done and continue to do.

I am excited to share that our family is growing! We are welcoming new members every week, and each addition strengthens our chamber, brings fresh perspectives and helps build an even more inclusive and dynamic community. This continuous growth is a testament to the resonance of our mission and the valuable opportunities that membership brings.

Looking forward, I am eager to announce new developments and activities for our chamber in August. We continue to be committed to the prosperity of the business community and are excited to unveil initiatives that will further our mission.

Once again, thank you to all who made the Bastille Day event such a memorable one. Let’s keep this momentum going as we create an even stronger, more connected, and prosperous community.

Best regards,
Alexandre Navarro
